African Community Bridge Foundation (ACBF) is an African and woman led organization. We are implementation partners on development projects that address many areas of need.
Rooted in the communities we serve
For three decades ACBF has worked alongside villages, schools, clinics and cooperatives in some of the most underserved rural regions of sub-Saharan Africa. Our programs are designed with the people they serve — namely women, girls and youths living in rural areas.
We help individuals, families and communities become viable and sustainable, using infrastructure and local partnerships already established in the regions where we work.
